Okay this may be just because I now do citizenship and have stronger opinions on such matters but...
People are stupid! I HATE racists who tell people to "go back to their own country" this is their country! As long as they are part of the EU immigrants can live wherever they WANT to. People can not decide where people GET to live. When people refers to the "immigrants" they mean illegal ones. They are often the ones who don't pay taxes because they are, yep that's right, ILLEGAL. If they DID pay taxes they wouldn't be able to live here. I understand the frustration with this but the legal immigrants from the EU make up most of our staff in schools, doctors, nurses and dentists. Then they do jobs people in England are too stuck up and snobby to do.
I have an anger about this suddenly because:
1) I am SICK of racists. Maybe they should all go back to their "own country" because no one can honestly say they are 100% English. It's impossible. Romans came over here however many years ago bringing slaves with them which means that no one is British.
2) All these STUPID facebook groups about "If you don't like the English flag go back to your own country" no. David Cameron never said anything of the sort about England flags and t-shirts not being allowed to be worn. He couldn't do that. That would then be controlling what people wear and maybe even their identity. He can't do that, the whole situation with the government is already very fragile. He wouldn't risk it.
Things like this make me so angry! People shouldn't just say these things to people. It scares me to think of what England will be like in 10 years time when all the youth of today grow up. Will they all vote BNP? They all sound racist to me. I think what people in England forget is that we could go over to their country.
We could become immigrants. I don't think it's fair people should be like this towards other human beings.
I'm still angry about this but I don't know what else to write.
